With bloodthrone vampire in play you can play hellspark elemental and attack. now your opponent has the option of blocking at least one of them while the other does damage. (yes, very play dependent i know but fun to watch). Unearth and repeat one last time.
or
With bloodthrone vampire and tuktuk attack deal whatever and then sac tuktuk for a 5/5.
