No, because as soon as you hit 0 life, all the spells that you have on the stack disappear.

You could always use Shadowfeed though.

I bought cards up till onslaught and again in kamigawa for nuance, but ever since alara I've had trouble keeping up, I was forced to modernize the fleet as it were and basically in a massive old timespiral block revamped and I have some alara and zenkidar block. But as someone whose played on since alpha I can say it is pretty broken nowadays but not completely hehe hold a few moxes and black lotuses and fastbond and landtax my ultimate anti-landfall plan.

yes angels grace will keep you alive to do this but if if doesn't beat your oppenet you die next turn
