Yup, you can indefinitely cycle with this cards... Good for cycle cards and Enchantments that triggers when you cycle cards like Astral Slide... and also cards that triggers when you draw a card like Niv-Mizzet...

in a combo similar to this, it was found that using library of leng and cycling to infinitely draw/discard for firemind's ability was invalid due to cycling being a cost and not an effect.

Umm, I think this was discussed in another thread, but you can't cycle infinitely with these cards. The Library only lets you discard to the top of your deck if it is because of a spell or ability, not an activation cost. Because discarding the card is part of the activation cost for the cycling ability, the cycled card would just go to your graveyard.

This is where wheel of the sun and moon and Doomsday would work well.
