Play Sakura Tribe Scout and Amulet of Vigor.
Play Vinelasher kudzu and omnath, locus of mana. Enchant them with rancor
Enchant the scout with Freed from the Real.
Now this can go off:
Play simic growth chamber. It comes untapped. Tap it for mana before bouncing it.
Use the blue mana to untap the scout. Tap the scout to play growth chamber again. Repeat.
You now have infinite green mana and two creatures with infinite power....

I don't believe that there is a point in which you can tap it before bouncing it.  So you would need two.

Sure there is. When it comes into play, it's bounce-your-own-land effect and the amulets effect will trigger, and you choose which one stacks first.
