Use High Tide, an Island, the Fatestitcher and Freed from the Real for enough mana, and then cast prosperity equal to the cards that remain in all decks. Then Use something like feldon's cane or library of leng plus discard to give yourself a library in case any one else can survive and everyone dies during their next draw step

This isn't really counting cards. It's more of milling your opponent.
