Pump crypt rat's ability (without killing yourself) after your opponent lets the damage through.
By doing this, you'll be doing twice the amount of damage to your opponent.
Even if vigor dies, you should be able to kill your opponent. If you can't, boost your life total back up and bring vigor back to your hand using momir vig simic visionary to get him to the top of your deck, and do it again. (Elvish Piper's will save a lot of your mana)

A protection from black would save your vigor

And I assume you're reanimating Vigor into play, given that it would be a heck of a stretch to get your mana straight quickly enough to pay all black mana for the Crypts. ? Either that, or massive green acceleration with color conversion.
