Have out enough land to play all this put the fertile grounds on separate land mana reflection covers the cost of untaping all lands and the two fertile grounds cover sages and the 1 cost in floodwater dam the third each time you do this adds 2 mana of any color.

This stops your opponent from playing stuff. It is not infinite mana.

Mishra's factory doesn't work
