Play all these things.
Tap Furystoke for 2 damage.
Sacrifice him to either Altar.
He comes back with a -1/-1 counter and a +1/+1 counter which cancel out.
Repeat.

Bramblewood Paragon actually works better than the Juniper Order Ranger.

doesn't work, furystoke says "other creatures" so you can't tap it for damage.
