Reliquary Tower is standing in for Ugin's Nexus. I'm not sure about this interaction. If you control time vault, opt to skip your turn, let it untap, then tap to take an extra turn, will this skip your turn indefinitely?

if you sac Ugin ( can't think of any cards off the top of my head) before the first extra turn, you can either take 2 or use one extra to untap time vault.

Under ordinary circumstances though I have no idea. Seems like the two cards butt heads.
