This is simple attack with stuff (big beefy, horde of creatures, Phage, etc) and after blockers are declared use Reconaissance to recall all of your creatures from combat and then use the Isochron Scepter to trigger Fight to the Death, which will only kill their blockers.
I know, I know, your opponents will get wise, well that is why you can use Nemesis Mask or Lure or some Taunting Elf abilitied creature so that they don't have a choice.

Once you remove an attacker there is no blocker so it wouldn't count.
