When this enchantment enters, exile all graveyards. Whenever a player casts a spell, counter it if a card with the same name is in a graveyard or a nontoken permanent with the same name is on the battlefield.

With most players playing with 3 or 4 of each of the cards in their decks , this combo can completely lock them up. I tried it recently and it worked nicely. Add Reminisce to keep from locking yourself up, or just play with a deck with no duplicates. Be sure to put Bazaar of Wonders in play before you cast Traumatize.
