Not as fast or monocolor as "High Tide"+"Palinchron" but still costs way less real life currency than a Palinchron.

The cleaner way to do this is a way that I pointed out a while back:

Nivix Guildmage + Time Spiral + Leyline of Anticipation

Similar premise, however, at 10 or more mana, you generate mana for each iteration due to the land untap.

This also simultaneously cycles your hand and yard back into library.

Eventually, this will allow you to generate infinite mana and cast your entire library at will.
