Have all cards in play with raise the alarm imprinted on isochron scepter. Now pay two and tap isochron to make two soldier tokens, sacrifice one soldier to ashnods altar to make two mana. When the tokens came into play they untapped isochron (which is now a creature)due to intruder alarms ability. You now have two mana to restart the process leaving you one extra soldier each time.
