Ornithopter is standing in for the Fabricate mechanic and how easy it is to make Servo creature tokens.

At the beginning of your upkeep, create a token that's a copy of enchanted artifact. Then if you control eight or more artifacts with the same name as one another, you win the game.

Considering the card Echoing Truth gets rid of all tokens with the same name, I'm rather certain that using these Servo tokens (or thopter tokens) and ways to mass produce them can easily win you the game somewhere around turn five by simply having eight tokens of the same type (hence the same name).
