Take a +1/+1 counter off of workhorse to add 1 mana. Spend the mana to take a +1/+1 counter off of triskelavus and create a 1/1 triskelavite creature, which triggers cathar's crusade and replaces the 2 counters. Sacrifice the token to deal one damage and repeat as necessary.

An alternative version is to replace cathar's crusade with Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest. In this version, the +1/+1 counters on the workhorse and triskelavus are replaced when you sacrifice the triskelavite.
