Straight out of Kamigawa block!
Sacrifice the Waning Moon on every opponent's turn and Shirei will bring it back for the next one.
Works with Spore Frog too.

sorry boyachi, i don't think this works. first the creature would be returned at end of turn, and second kami is triggered when you play a spirit or arcane spell, (on casting the card, not entering the battlefield as a result of an ability). I am by no means a judge so i welcome further posts if i'm wrong.

However based on title and spore frog, think he just wrote the wrong Kami. Should have been Kami of false hope
