Play all 3, with Drake being last.

Stack triggers, resolving Drake first. Untap 5.

Use Riku to make a clone of Drake. Pay 2, untap 5 from the clone ETB. Bypass the Curio trigger. Net 3 mana.

Finally, use the Curio trigger to bounce the original Drake back to hand from the clone ETB.

Net gain of infinite mana, infinite storm count, and infinite Peregrine Drake tokens.

Palinchron does this as 2 card combo, but well, cloudstone is better in EDH since you can utilze any creature.
Add Gibbering Fiend or therelike!-)
