Since there is no longer mana burn, you can tap four lands to put the counters on Quest for Renewal. With Stoic Angel in play, your opponent can only untap one creature or land a turn.

.....thats kinda funny lol.  you could also use winter orb or smoke, to keep the combo mono colored or even just dual colored, and at 3 less mana, so you can get it into place alot sooner :)
