Much like combos containing Lich and infinite lifelink, this combo uses Celestial Convergence to trigger an immediate win through health thanks to Soul Conduit and Vampire Hexmage.
The combo begins by summoning Soul Conduit and keeping it on the field for as long as possible to keep yourself at the highest life total of anyone in that game. It is best used the immediate turn before triggering the combo, with either a full board state or having feigned any counterspells that your opponent(s) may have in order to ensure its survival. You then cast Celestial Convergence (first using Soul Conduit if you had taken enough damage the turn before) and follow immediately up with Vampire Hexmage, choosing Celestial Convergence as its sacrifice target. This causes all counters on C.C. to disappear, which declares an instant victory for you.
This combo is most suitable for gain life/lifelink or artifact and enchantment decks as there are many combos that add to the possibilities and viability of this combo.
