EDH specific combo, requiring Oloro to be your commander.

First, dump all three onto the field.

Then at first instance of lifegain with the field set up, activate Oloro to draw a card and make all others lose 1 life.

Exquisite Blood triggers, thereby triggering Oloro again.

Then in response, use Skirge Familiar to generate mana.

Repeat for all the cards left in your deck.
