2) next turn attach Unstable Mutation for unblockable 4 damage
3) then 3 damage
4) then 2 damage
5) then 1 damage

4 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 10 counters you win

or any other creature boost do do it faster.

Green offers plenty of them, e. g. my fellow plays a mono green infect deck around Glistener Elf with
Mutagenic Growth, Prey's Vengeance, Primal Bellow, Scent of Ivy, Titanic Growth, Vines of Vastwood,... It's really fast.

I actually use this combo in my pauper blue deck, so I vouch on it working!
