1) Put Altar in play.
2) Buried Alive for: Grey Merchant, Great Whale & Archaeomancer.
3) Cast Living Death.
4) Archaoemancer gets Living Death, Great Whale gets you more mana, Grey Merchant drains opponents.
5) Sacrifice all creatures to altar.
6) Recast Living Death
7) Repeat steps 4/5/6 until Grey trigger wins game.

Interestingly, assuming that you have only one other opponent and said opponent has 60 cards in his or her deck, the altar might seal the game for you before the apostle does.
60-7 for opening hand is 53.
53-4 (assuming that you play altar turn two, buried alive turn 3, and use a ritual to play Living Death a turn early) is 49.
Each time you run through the cycle the opponent is losing two life(solely from the apostle, unless you managed a first turn drop and considering you need 4 swamps, a dark/cabal ritual, an altar, living death, and a buried alive: you are at 8 cards which means even a god-hand couldn't pull this off, making the current scenario's speed a god-start) and milling for 8(whale 5+apostle 2+archeomancer 1).
Apostle - 2 life : Altar - 8 cards
Start at 20 life : start at 49 cards
18 life : 41 cards
16 life : 33 cards
14 life : 25 cards
12 life : 17 cards
10 life : 9 cards
8 life : 1 cards
6 life : -7 cards
Don't sell your combo short, especially when it has a built in alternate win condition.
