You also need Zada, Hedron Grinder.
1. Cast Isochron Scepter, exiling Hallow.
2. Cast Panoptic Mirror, exiling Shivan Meteor.
3. Cast Zada, Hedron Grinder and Krenko, Mob Boss.
4. Every turn, double your goblins and cast the copy of the meteor on Zada, and then cast Hallow with the Isochron scepter. First turn - 26 life Second - 52 Third - 104 etc.
tl;dr: Get more and more life every turn.

EDIT - This does not work, Hallow is single target.

Double edit - Adding Vigor and targeting the Shivan Meteor that targets him with Hallow should work
