Enchant Armageddon Clock with Animate Artifact (or any artifact animation card) to make it a creature, Isochron Scepter Spiritualize. Since Armageddon Clock is now a creature, you can gain the life it deals to each opponent on their upkeep. Should tap Isochron Scepter for Spiritualize on their upkeep, Armageddon Clock Deals it's damage and you gain that much life, then Isochron Scepter untaps on their untap step to repeat on the next players turn. Should be nasty in multiplayer games. Can add Pentagram of Ages or another damage mitigation to prevent Armageddon's damage to you. Can also add Mana Barbs to punish them for removing counters from Armageddon, and if you want to be really mean add Sanguine Bond to double the damage they take (I play too casually to add Exquisite Blood for the infinite loop)

Sorry but isochron scepter works for CMC 2 or less...spiritualize is 3 CMC. I like where your heads at though.

you can always use an instant that gives lifelink such as mortals arbor or azorious charm on the scepter, however it is not necessary
The clock does damage to all players only on your upkeep, not each opponents.
