Mountain is a substitute for Magus of the Wheel (C15, Rare) from the new commander 2015 set.
Swamp is a substitute for Waste Not (M15, Rare) which is not in the database.
Retribution of the Ancients can be replaced with Ion Storm, Sage of Fables, etc. (Anything that can remove a +1/+1 counter.) Additionally, Bowfly Infestation (Shadowmoor, Uncommon), Nim Deathmantle, Conspiracy, or Fevered Convulsions (Tempest, Rare) can also be of help here if desired.

The Magus is a human, so Mikaeus doesn't work.

It does. When deathmantle is equipped to magus his creature type is overwritten. Same thing with the enchantment Conspiracy. It overwrites all other previous types.
