Play Gladehart, Horn of Greed, and Fastbond first. Order is unimportant.

Then play Oboro. Tap Oboro for mana, then return the land to hand, using the mana produced from Oboro. Finally, replay Oboro via Fastbond, and repeat the process.

Rinse and repeat.

Gladehart offsets the life loss from Fastbond.
