Play Sisay and Wheel first.

Then tutor up Mindslaver with Sisay.

Then, play and activate Mindslaver. Wheel then puts Mindslaver onto the bottom of the library.

Rinse and repeat.

For multiplayer games, use Seedborn Muse (prophet of kruphix) and a flash mechanic (leyline/orrery, or shimmer myr) in addition to the above posted cards.
