Drop dreams of the dead first, and then swirl the mists, naming blue.



Drop navigator afterwards.



Alternatively, he can be brought back from the yard in order to get the effect going.



Then for each creature other than deadeye that you reanimate, pair it with deadeye and flicker it. It comes back to the field with no former knowledge of its last existence.
