Imprint Ugin's Nexus onto Prototype Portal. Then drop Phyrexia's Core.

Make a token copy of Ugin's Nexus via portal, then sack the token.

10 mana to start it off, and 6 mana to keep it going.

Any artifact sac outlet works fine here as a sub for the land but since lands are free to play, it makes sense to use the land here.
