this is good, but you should throw in a platinum angel and an elvish piper.
get the elvish piper out,
when you can, pay a green and tap it to bring out platinum angel,
and then next turn to the same for phage, and you wont lose the game from playing it with elvish pipers effect cause of platinum angel, etc...

THEN you win, but faster :)
