Kiora is supposed to be Kiora, Master of the Depths.
Get her ultimate and then kill anyone's nontoken creature other than Slumlord. This creates a deathtouch rat. Have it fight with an opponent's nontoken creature, get another deathtouch rat. Continue ad nausem and repeat whenever necessary.

Initially there should be 1 nontoken creature which dies due to fighting a 8/8 kraken!-)

There are some creature with abilities that let them survive, protection, indestructible, damage redirection or reduction,... but still nice find!-D
