simple enough, get out all 3 cards, then when you can tap them...
tap experiment kraj to put a +1/+1 counter on bloom tender, pay 1 blue to untap experiment kraj, tap experiment kraj for 1 blue and 1 green, untap it for 1 blue, etc... etc...
keep doing this as much as you need to to get as much green mana as u want,
and if anyone knows any cards that can untap for either 1 or 1 green mana, please tell me :)
also,
if you have "omnath, locus of mana"
throw that in with this, and u can get him as HUGE as u want!

Untap for 1 green mana? Hmmmm.. I don't know... I'll search for one but i doubt that it exist...
