Just highlighting how nasty this card can get. If you cast Windfall when someone will have 7 cards in their hand, between the two effects, your opponent will lose 21 cards from their deck, 7 to their hand and 14 to their graveyard.

I completely forgot the Grindstone clause to the mill, so it could potentially hit a lot harder, but that varies by the opposing deck.
