Use master transmuter to return spine of ish sah (or some non relevant artifact while spine of ish sah is in your hand.) to your hand and then play it again by using master transmuter's ability. Tap the darksteel ingot or similarly functioning artifact to pay for the ability. With march of the machines and intruder alarm in play, spine of ish sah, darksteel ingot, and master transmuter will untap when spine of ish sah enters the battlefield. You can now tap darksteel ingot and the transmuter again to repeat the process and destroy another permanent. Repeat until you wipe your opponents board and then stop and you will be left with spine of ish sah as a 7/7 artifact creature.
