Forest is sitting in for Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury. Due to the fact that planeswalker abilities are activated abilities, with all in play using FLF's +2, you will net one token each time you copy the ability. Swap PL with concordant crossroads for infinite mana.

Just a reminder, Rings of Brightheart is a triggered ability, not activated.
So when you do activate Freyalise, you can only copy it once for each time its activated. Meaning once a turn, without Chain Veil.

Didn't consider that. Thank you.
