Ashnod's Altar is a slot filler, any mana-free sacrifice outlet will work there.
Segovian Leviathan is sitting in for:

Mana intensive setup, but amusing.
1. Get the sac outlet and worm out together.
2. Cast Reins of Power, swapping armies with your opponent.
3. Enchant the Reef Worm (currently controlled by your opponent) with Infinite Reflection turning all of the nontoken creatures you control into copies of the Worm.
4. Sacrifice all your opponent's worm-turned creatures as well as any token creatures you nabbed. Each of the worms you sacrifice this way starts its token chain, which you should follow to kraken token.
5. End your turn on a high note, having murdered your opponent's whole army, and replaced them with giant sea monsters that you control.
