When you gain life, lich will draw instead. Before this happens, use a mana to instead gain five life for more draw power. The tomb and CD are there to help with casting cost.

Urborg does nothing except produce white mana with Celestial Dawn out. When a permanent says all lands are something, it means it, just like Blood Moon screws over decks based on non-basic lands.

It was meant to be an either or option. I usually stick with urborg, though, purely for the fact that it can't be countered and I play against control decks.
