Let the Titan trigger its ability twice a turn.

In fact you will dig a cmc3 permanent from your graveyard each turn.

This seems redundant. In order to use the Voyager Staff each turn, one of the two triggers for Sun Titan MUST be used to get the Voyager Staff, as the Staff is sacrificed when used.

Guess what happens if something like Glaring Spotlight is in your graveyard or Hand or battlefield?

Once you set up the Combo the attack Trigger Returns the Voyager Staff. After combat you use the Staff and the etb Trigger of the Titan brings back the Spotlight.

Next turn you activate the Spotlight and attack. The attack return the Staff. After combat activate the Staff and return Spotlight.

Repeat.

You may have all three in Play or just the Titan and one of the artifacts.

Whispersilk Cloak is also a good Substitute for the Spotlight. Then you get one cmc3 permanent from grave for free each turn:
"In fact you will dig a cmc3 permanent from your graveyard each turn. "

And yes, thinking about my post I have to say that Sun Titan on ist own already gives you one 3cmc permanent each turn.
So the benefit would be that you can produce etb Triggers of These 3cmc permanents each turn...
