Soulbond the Vendilion Clique with Deadeye Navigator, and have Notion Thief out.
Flicker the VC to look at your opponent's hand and put a card back in their library. Then, thanks to the Notion Thief, you draw instead of them.
If you get them down to an empty hand, you can lock them out of all but instant spells on their draw phase.
