Dragon Roost is Brood Keeper (3R 2/2 creature that when enchanted makes a dragon)
Mass Hysteria is Dragon Tempest (1R flying creatures have haste and when a dragon you control ETB said dragon deals damage equal to the number of dragons you control).
Pandemonium is Impact Tremors (When a creature you control ETB, deal 1 damage to each opponent).
Quite simply, you get the Brood master out and chuck M15 auras on it while having at least one each of the aforementioned global enchantments.
The first dragon deals two damage ETB. The second deals three.
All the dragons have haste so that is an extra two damage each that you can swing for each turn (if you don't pump them up further since they have firebreathing.
The more Dragon Tempests you have out, the scarier this gets.
At just two DTs, one IT, and two dragon tokens on the battlefield, the third dragon token will ETB and deal seven damage. That's precombat.
