Island is Mirror Mockery
Swamp is Raksasha Gravecaller

Exploit a creature when Raksasha Gravecaller enters the battlefield, and then enchant RG with Mirror Mockery.
Attack with RG. When the token enters the battlefield, you can exploit one of the zombies to get two more, thus having every turn become +1 zombie.

Looking at RG's toughness, it should be easy to keep alive, especially if it is given deathtouch.

If swinging with all these zombies isn't enough, one can always cast Foul-Tongue shriek to possibly kill the opponent before combat damage is dealt, for just a single mana too.

EDIT: Turns out the Rakshasa Gravecaller token from Illusory Gains can exploit itself, netting two zombies every turn. Even better!
