get three artifacts out on the field, so tooth is free to cast, banishing knack or retraction helix on mirran spy and it works like the jeskai ascendancy combo. tap tooth for one power, bounce it to your hand, cast for free, repeat

due to affinity the tooth costs 0
the spy Returns it to your Hand so you can cast it again, the spy untaps due to artifact etb Trigger and sends the tooth back to Hand again
when in Play, you can tap the tooth for +1/+0 eot

so infinite artifact etb Triggers, infinite spells, infinite tap/untap of the spy and infinite power to target creature.

i dont see how the artifact is returned to the hand infinite times though

Cast the helix on the spy, when you tap the spy return the tooth. When you recast the tooth, you can untap the spy. Repeating the cycle

took me a moment, and had to re-read the retraction helix... makes sense now
