Strive — This spell costs {2}{R} more to cast for each target beyond the first. Choose any number of target creatures you control. For each of them, create a token that's a copy of that creature, except it has haste. Exile those tokens at the beginning of the next end step.

(Kiki-Jiki Mirror Breaker is sitting in for Flamerush Rider)
On your first turn cast Amulet of Vigor, then play a land on turn two and three but on turn three play Pyretic Ritual and tap two other lands to play Flamerush Rider. On the next turn play a land and then play another Flamerush Rider for it's dash cost and attack with both Flamerush Riders. They will copy each other and because of Amulet of Vigor you will be able to activate the copy effect of each of the tokens. Pyretic Ritual is optional, it will just take a little longer for the combo to work without it. Twinflame is also optional, just use it if you don't have a second Flamerush Rider.

Sorry, what I meant to say was play a land on turn 2,3,and 4, then play Pyretic Ritual and tap two other lands to play Flamerush Rider. The next turn you don't need to play a land, just dash one Flamerush Rider and attack with both.

Just a rules detail:
Anything that says "When this thing attacks" ONLY triggers when it is declared as an attacking creature during the declare attackers step. Anything that is put onto the field after attackers are declared is too late for the check and doesn't get to contribute to it.

Two Flamerush Riders turning into 4 is nothing to sneeze at, but there is no infinite possible with them.

Are you not still declaring when they enter? I mean, you attack with the two riders and two riders enter untapped because of amulet. Can't you declare those copies as attackers too? Or is it too late?

Actually never mind. It makes sense now, thanks.
