So with either Children or Tainted Sigil out, use either Plunge into Darkness or Immolating Souleater to pay as much life as you like, then sac Children/Sigil to gain the life back...then play the wurm and hope they dont play a Kevin Bacon (yes yes a "Tremors" reference)
