I think that is a shame that such a beautiful card as it is Shapeshifter's marrow has not a combo yet. On your opponent's turn, play Azorius Charm on target attacking creature you want to steal. During your turn, play Shapeshifter's marrow and wait for your opponent's next upkeep.

The Shapeshifter's Marrow only works once, so in the scope of this combo, the scepter is pointless.
