With all in play, tap P.C. to take the age counter off of M.R., turning it into a +1/+1 counter. Target your opponents creature with the counter, then take it from them.

You don't need Mystic Remora since you can take the first Counter from Cytoplast Manipulator and put it on the creature to be stolen.
then, you can put the creature from the stolen creature on th enext creature to be stolen.

Keeping control of the stolen creature does not require the Counter kept on the creature.
5/1/2006: The control change lasts as long as Cytoplast Manipulator is on the battlefield. It doesn't end if the creature loses all its +1/+1 counters, it stops being a creature, or if Cytoplast Manipulator becomes untapped.

Even better. Didn't notice that. Thanks for pointing it out :)
