Not in the system, so here it is.
Tomorrow lets you take the best of your top three cards and just put it in your hand (not draw, this is key here).
Once you use the library, it lets you draw two more cards a turn, but Tomorrow replaces the draws with its antics.
Since you did not actually draw any cards, so far this turn, you don't have to put anything back.
Digging nine cards deep a turn, keeping the best of each set of three. If you can't find what you're looking for in that setup, you forgot to put it in your deck.
