have all out and between 9-20 life.
Shinewend (you need 1w available) can be replaced by any instant enchantment removal
Triskelion can be replaces by any useful creature
Use the stack carefully.

pay 3 to put +1/+1 Counter on trisk (effect on stack, 17 life left)
