Play Life and Limb. Cast Artificial Evolution to make it so that it says "Slivers" instead of "Saprolings".
Play Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth. Cast Magical Hack, changing "Swamp" to "Forest".
Now all your lands are Slivers.

So, I just realized that this doesn't make all YOUR lands slivers, it makes EVERYONE'S lands slivers... so this probably would not be a good idea with any slivers printed before M10.
