FIRST: THIS IS A COMBO FOR TINY LEADERS!

(Plains is Soulfire Grand Master)

Cast Sword of Feast and Famine on Invisible Stalker. With Soulfire Grand Master (Your General) in play and & 7 mana available, cast Savor the Moment and activate SGM's ability. Attack with the IS and untap all your lands for next turn!

A look at the format, and I already have one issue:
Tiny Leader follows all rules of EDH except for 25 life, 50 card decks, and 3 cmc maximum.

That said, the Grand Master can't be your commander, as its not a legend.

The combo works fine, but I just had that nitpick on the notes.

How do you give stalker vigilance? Otherwise the combo stalls after the first turn.

I guess the enchantment from Fate Reforged that gives creatures you control vigilance for 1W? Or go old school and enchant with vigilance for one white?
